Shipping, Payment, Return Policy


Orders are shipped via USPS. We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for all orders up to $50. FREE shipping is offered for orders over $50, excluding tax. Your order will ship out within 1-2 days after order is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number to the email address provided on the order. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 day to reach its destination. 

Please note: During the warmer months, all measures will be taken to reduce the risk of softening and/or melting of products during shipping. However, there is no guarantee that your items will not melt and once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. If your products have melted or softened they can be placed into the frig or freezer to harden. This will not affect the quality or performance of the product in any way. For best results, treat your scrubs like chocolate by storing in a cool place, away from heat and direct sunlight. 

Refusal of any package delivery will require a return shipping payment and will be billed to the method of payment originally used. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, or delayed shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: Bonblissity insures all shipments.  Shipments marked as "Delivered" by USPS are not eligible for claims.  Bonblissity is NOT responsible for such lost packages or delayed delivery service via USPS.  Refund of shipping costs due to any of these reasons are prohibited.

Bonblissity ships to US addresses only. Please inquire about international shipping.

Payment Methods

At this time, we only accept payment through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still order our products. Upon arriving at the Paypal screen, just click on the link that states "I do not have a Paypal account" and you can pay with a major credit card or your debit card.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returned items or offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we have mistakenly shipped an incorrect item to you, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will promptly ship out the correct item to you at our expense. Please keep the incorrect item(s) as a gift for our error and inconvenience.

TAT (Turn-Around-Time)

It is our goal to get goodies into your anxious little hands as quickly as possible. Therefore, we have a 1-2 business day turn-around-time. Your order will ship within this time frame unless we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders. If this is the case, we will notify you by email and alert you to when you might expect your order to go out.
